Overview
Example 1:
A work piece shall be placed inside a tin. The tin shall be closed with a cap afterwards.
Starting position:
- one work piece at the sledge at the second position
- one opened tin and a cap at the pallet at the first position (ot at position 1)
- pallet at the first conveyor
At first, the pallet is moved by the 1st and 2nd conveyor until it reaches the first light-barrier at the Jack Station. The sucker at the Jack Station picks up the workpiece and places it inside the tin. Thereafter, the cap is also placed at the top of the tin.
Hereafter, the pallet is transferred by the 2nd and 3rd conveyor to the first light-barrier in front of the Gripper Station. At this place the cap is pressed onto the tin by the gripper.
Example 2:
A tin, which is placed at the pallet at the 1st position, shall be loaded and closed with a cap. Afterwards, it shall swap the 1st position with the 2nd.
Starting position:
- one opened tin and one cap at the pallet (ot - position 1)
- pallet on the 1st conveyor
At first, the pallet is transferred from the first and second conveyor to the 1st load position. The sucker of the Jack Station picks up the workpiece and the cap and places it inside and on top of the tin. Hereafter, the pallet is transferred by the 3rd conveyor to the first light-barrier in front of the Gripper Station (1st closing position). At this place the cap is pressed onto the tin by the gripper and still holds the whole tin and moves up. If the pallet is moved to the 2nd closing position in front of the Gripper Station, the tin is placed on the pallet again.
Example 3:
Two closed tins shall be opened and the workpieces inside shall be deposed at the Sledge.
Starting position:
- two loaded and closed tins at the pallet (ct at position 1 & 2)
- pallet at the 1st conveyor
The pallet is moved to the first load posiiton of the Jack Station by conveyor 1 and 2. The sucker of the Jack Station moves down at the first tin and sucks in the cap. Now, the cap is placed at the pallet and then the low pressure sucker is moved back to the tin and the workpiece is sucked in. The low pressure sucker with the workpiece is lifted up and moves above the sledge were the workpiece is stored. Meanwhile, the pallet is moved to the second load position. Now the described sequence is repeated and the sledge is moved to the second load position.
